Cloisters West Homeowners' Association Board Meeting
January 19, 2010

All Board members were in attendance. Randy had a family emergency and was unable to attend.
The meeting was called to order at 7:06pm. The December minutes were approved.
The Board authorized Tilton to send flowers to Pam Laurenson —3649
Mirah presented the Covenants Committee report and each item was discussed in great detail
The Board recommended continued fines regarding repairs for the gate of 3544
Additional information and second application needs to be submitted from 3701 re deck/balcony
The Board reviewed the garbage/trash forms and fines which the President recommended
Denchfield is scheduled to do a walk thru asap regarding any damage from the snow storm and also re rat control
The Treasurer and Secretary presented their respective reports
Approval was made for the invoice from our holiday party
The President briefed the Master Plan, funding required and timeline. The project should be completed with a two year period
We are in the process of developing a new handbook of residents and should be available in two months
There was a discussion re the possible relocation of the Duke Ellington School, however, according to the recent news articles; this seems to be on hold for the future.
The meeting adjourned at 9:16pm
